Driven by a passion to create benchmarks in healthcare, Baby Memorial Hospital (BMH) was established in 1987 as a modest 52-bed facility. Our vision was to meet the growing healthcare needs of the region and make high-quality care accessible to all at an affordable cost.

With the blessings of the Almighty, the unwavering dedication of our medical and support teams, and our commitment to ethical practices, BMH has grown into a multi-specialty, tertiary care referral hospital operating as a public limited company.

Over the past 30+ years, we have crossed many milestones, benefiting patients across Kerala and beyond. Our advanced super-specialty block houses cutting-edge departments including Cardiology, Oncology, Neurosciences, Radiology and Nuclear Medicine. These are supported by state-of-the-art ICUs, operation theatres and laboratories, all managed by some of the finest medical professionals in the country.

In 2006, we introduced Post Graduate DNB courses in six specialties under the National Board of Examinations, reaffirming our dedication to nurturing future medical talent. Our Baby Memorial School of Nursing and College of Nursing, established in 1995 and 2002 respectively, offer accredited programs such as Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery, B.Sc. Nursing and M.Sc. Nursing, delivered by a distinguished faculty.

BMH is accredited by NABH and NABL, and certified for Nursing Excellence and Emergency Department Standards. We are also ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certified, making BMH the only hospital in India to achieve all five major recognitions.

As we enter our 38th year, BMH has expanded its presence with centres in Kannur, Thodupuzha, Payannur and Vadakara. I take pride in stating that BMH is not just one of the finest corporate hospitals in Kerala, but a leading healthcare provider in South India.
